A man claims he has gone to the extreme lengths of surgically removing his nipples and belly button, all in the name of art.

Karim Boumjimar, an 18-year-old Spanish-Moroccan artist, posted pictures of his lopped off body parts online, which he plans to sell them to the highest bidder.

The teenager, who is based in London, plans to turn the nipples into earrings and warned his Twitter followers that a "belly button necklace" was coming soon.
